We employ advanced analysis techniques such as fault tree analysis, failure mode, effects, and criticality analysis, and reliability block diagrams as well as integrate industry standards and databases such as NPRD, MIL-HDBK-217F and IEC 62380, to optimize reliability right from the design stage.

We also use reliability monitoring and the Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) to proactively identify potential problems in your system and take corrective action before a failure occurs. This approach, combined with problem-solving techniques such as 8D and DMAIC to analyze system failures, identify root causes, and develop effective corrective actions, gives our clients great visibility into their system's performance.

Using advanced techniques such as RCM analysis (MSG-3), we develop customized maintenance plans that prioritize critical tasks and minimize downtime to ensure safe and reliable system operation.

Our reliability-centered maintenance services also include maintenance program optimization, where we analyze our clients’ existing maintenance programs to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to optimize system performance and reduce maintenance costs.
